- Cooked and shredded chicken200 g
- Cassava500 g
- Cream cheese2 tablespoon
- Small onion1 unit(s)
- Small red pepper1 unit(s)
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Salt1 to taste
- Green Smell1 to taste
- Oil or olive oil1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Colorau1 unit(s)
- Ground cumin1 to taste
- Water1 l
- In a pressure cooker, put half a chicken breast to cook, for approximately 20 minutes, put salt, pepper, onion and the seasoning of your preference.
- After cooking, remove and let it cool, in the chicken broth, place the cassava to cook for approximately 15 minutes.
- Shred the chicken and set aside
- Cut the onion, pepper and green smell and reserve the garlic and set aside
- Remove the cassava from the pan and hit the blender, if you need to add water to help beat, it will be a smooth cream.
- In a pan put the oil, the seasonings already chopped, paprika, black pepper, cumin, use the seasoning of your preference.
- Saute for about 3 minutes, add the shredded chicken, the cassava cream, if you need to add more water, adjust the salt, let it cook for 5 minutes to get flavor.
- Put the cream cheese mix well, and it's ready!!!
