- Carrot (can be grated or chopped)1 unit(s)
- Cabbage (large leaf, can be purple or white)1 unit(s)
- Tomato (chopped)2 unit(s)
- Pasta (your choice) to taste
- Onion (chopped)1 unit(s)
- Garlic (1 clove, chopped1 unit(s)
- Olive oil or oil to taste
- Salt and seasoning to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Ground beef100 g
- In the pan add the olive oil (or oil), onion and garlic and leave until golden.
- Then, pour part of the water along with the carrot and potato and leave it to cook until it is cooked.
- Add the meat, tomatoes, cabbage and cook for 10 to 15 minutes over high heat.
- Add seasonings (to your taste) and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Finally, turn off the heat and just serve.
