- Mocotó in pieces500 g
- Boiling water2 l
- Oil2 tablespoon
- Chopped onion1 unit(s)
- Chopped garlic cloves2 unit(s)
- Tomato paste1 tablespoon
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Paprika to taste
- Calabrian pepper to taste
- In a pressure cooker, heat the oil and fry the onion and garlic.
- Add the mocotó and fry well on both sides.
- Add the boiling water, tomato paste and seasonings. Mix well.
- Cover the pan and count 45 minutes after it reaches pressure.
- The mocotó should be falling apart and incorporating into the broth.
- If necessary, adjust the salt.
- Serve in a bowl.
