- Bacon150 g
- Pepperoni sausage150 g
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Minced or crushed garlic1 tablespoon
- Lard, olive oil or oil1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Cook the beans well, hit the blender or use the mixer.
- Pepperoni, bacon and onion cut and small cubes. Place the pork lard in the pan, first frying the bacon for a few minutes and add the pepperoni, onion and garlic until golden.
- Add the bean broth, salt and mix well, let it boil for about 10 minutes. If you find it necessary, add water little by little until you get the consistency you like.
- Tips: the green smell is a differential that can't be missed using cilantro and chives. Sliced French bread always has. The pork rinds or purruca are also wonderful side dishes. A hot sauce has its value. But it's all a matter of taste, so choose what you like best and play.
