- Duckling500 g
- Hail Mary Macaroni (or your choice)500 g
- Carrot to taste
- Potato to taste
- Zucchini to taste
- Chicken broth1 unit(s)
- Seasoning of your choice to taste
- In a pressure cooker, brown the meat with 1 thread of oil,
- Add water to cover all the meat and leave it under pressure for 15 to 20 minutes, so that the meat softens,
- After the meat is cooked, remove all the water, and season according to your preference,
- Add the potato and carrot to the meat and let it pre-cook for 5 minutes without pressure,
- Now add the pasta, the chicken broth, and let it cook together with the other ingredients (out of pressure)
- Now just serve warm. If you want to sprinkle some grated cheese, it's delicious 😋😋
