- Skimmed milk powder2 tablespoon
- Oat flakes from1 tablespoon
- Granular Sweetener1 dessert spoon
- Vanilla essence1 coffee spoon
- Cinnamon powder to taste
- I mixed everything together and kept stirring on a low heat until it thickened slightly.
- Served with another sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
- Tips! You can replace the milk with plant-based milk, or even add vanilla whey to make porridge more protein.
