- tablespoon of wheat flour1 tablespoon
- 1 and 1/2 liter of beef broth1/2 l
- slices of stale bread18 unit(s)
- cup (tea) grated parmesan1/2 teaspoon
- cup (tea) of grated cheese1/2 teaspoon
- Melt the butter, add the onion and sauté, stirring constantly.
- Add the sugar and cook until wilted and golden.
- Sprinkle in the flour, add the broth and cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
- Grease a baking dish with butter and line with a layer of bread.
- Sprinkle the grated cheese mixed with the Parmesan.
- Repeat the layers until you run out of ingredients.
- Pour the prepared soup on top and bake in a hot oven for 30 minutes at 180º C, until the cheese melts.
