- Margarine5 tablespoon
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Wheat flour1/2 cup
- Chicken broth2 unit(s)
- Water2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Sugar10 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Bacon sautéed in cubes30 g
- Chives to taste
- Parmesan cheese50 g
- Mozzarella100 g
- Melt the butter over low heat in a large pan.
- Saute onion until softened
- Add flour and stir for 1 minute
- Dissolve the chicken stock in 1 liter of water in a separate pan.
- Slowly add the pan with flour, the broth dissolved with salt, pepper and sugar
- Bring to a boil, stirring frequently, gradually add the cream.
- Add the chopped and cooked potatoes. Let it boil on low heat for 5 minutes until the potatoes are incorporated.
- Finally, add the cheeses.
- Serve in bowls, garnished with bacon and chives.
