- Palm400 g
- Leek to taste
- Onion to taste
- Garlic to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Chives to taste
- Salt to taste
- Blend the hearts of palm in pieces together with the leek and water.
- After forming a liquid paste, set aside
- In a pan, brown the onion and garlic in the oil and add the palm heart paste. Stir constantly until it thickens. Put seasoning to taste and to finish garnish with 2 sprigs of parsley.
- Serve it hot.
