- White pepper1/2 coffee spoon
- Mozzarella150 g
- Parmesan60 g
- In a large pan, place the butter and garlic. Let it brown. Then add the wheat flour until it forms a porridge. Then salt and pepper. Add the warm milk little by little (always stirring). When all the milk has been added, add the Palm Heart and the mozzarella. Stir until very consistent. Place inside Italian bread. Cover with Parmesan and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
