- In a pan fry the bacon and sausage, then add the onion and garlic to the point of golden all turn off and let it rest.
- In a pressure cooker, place the pea and add water until it is at a level of 4 fingers above the pea.
- When you get pressure in the pan, leave it for 25 to 30 minutes, open the pan and see if the pea is cooked.
- If you have, put it in the pan with the other ingredients and mix everything with fire on for the pea to absorb the seasoning and taste.
