- Peas1 cup
- Knorr broth1 unit(s)
- Sour Cream1 can(s)
- Bacon50 g
- Pepperoni50 g
- Water350 ml
- Place the water, the peas and a Knorr bouillon cube in a pan. Let it boil for 15 min. In a pan, fry the bacon and pepperoni. Drain and reserve. In the blender place the pea with the cooking water and beat until it turns into a cream, add half the bacon and half the pepperoni. Beat again until everything is incorporated. In the pan where you boiled the pea, pour the cream, add the cream and mix well. Correct the salt if necessary. Turn off and serve, finishing with the rest of the bacon, pepperoni and a drizzle of olive oil.
