- Bay leaf, smoked paprika, herbs and coriander to taste
- Pressure cook the peas for 10 minutes. In another pan, fry the bacon and pepperoni until golden.
- Add the garlic, onion and other seasonings. Adjust the salt and add the peas. Lastly, add the cilantro and bring to a boil over low heat. Serve with crackers and toast.
