- I started by peeling the garlic and onion. Then I put it in the pressure cooker and let it sauté for about 5 minutes.
- Then I added the peas and the whole potato. I just peeled. I added salt, pepper and oregano. mixed well
- I added the water and put it under pressure for about 10 minutes until the peas were cooked.
- Then just remove the potato and mash them on a plate with some of the broth. Add it all together and bring it to a boil just to thicken.
- Finally add the chopped parsley and serve.
