- In a pressure cooker, fry the bacon and the calabre sausage, sauté the onion together
- After that, add the ribs and let it cook a little longer.
- Then add the pea and cover with water about 2 fingers above and let it cook for about 30 minutes, then remove from the heat.
- In a frying pan, pound the garlic and fry it until golden, throw it inside the pan and stir until everything is well dissolved.
- Finally, chop the cilantro, throw it on top, stir and just serve.
