- minced dried meat500 g
- Chopped pepperoni sausage2 unit(s)
- minced loin500 g
- pork ribs500 g
- chopped bacon500 g
- garlic3 unit(s)
- oil3 tablespoon
- mixed seasoning2 teaspoon
- In a pan, desalt the jerky, ribs and loin with water and set aside.
- In a pressure cooker, add 2 liters of water, add the raw peas, the jerky, the ribs, the loin, the bacon and the sausage. Cook for 30 minutes and turn off
- In another pan, add the garlic with oil, mixed seasoning and brown. Toss over the pea pot. Add salt to your liking and serve hot.
