- water500 ml
- crushed garlic2 unit(s)
- northeast flavor sazom1 unit(s)
- olive oil1 tablespoon
- Put the peas to cook in the pressure cooker for 5 minutes. Uncover the pan and stir so it doesn't stick to the bottom. The pea has to be fully cooked, without any pits, if by chance the pea is not cooked, put it on the fire for another 5 minutes.
- In a pan, put oil and garlic and sauté, then put the cooked pea in the blender and mix, add the sazom and let it boil, adjust the salt
- Once ready, serve with grated gorgonzola cheese.
