- Bacon400 g
- Green Smell to taste
- Salt to taste
- Water1 l
- Wash and drain the pea. Cut the bacon into cubes.
- Start by frying the bacon in its own fat, using a pressure cooker.
- When well fried, add the garlic and sauté well. If desired, reserve some of the bacon to put on top.
- Add the peas, salt and water and cook under pressure for 15 minutes.
- Finish with green smell and separate bacon. Ready!
