- Cooked and shredded chicken fillet750 g

- Homemade chicken broth2 l

- Large onion, finely sliced1 unit(s)

- Chopped ginger (3cm piece)1 unit(s)
- Bean sprouts100 g
- Nam Pla fish sauce1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce2 tablespoon
- Sugar1 teaspoon
- Chives and coriander to taste
- Lemon juice2 tablespoon
- Place the chicken stock in a large pot with the cinnamon and anise and bring to a boil.
- Over low heat, add the onions, ginger, pepper, sugar and fish and soy sauces. Let it boil.
- Add the shredded chicken and leave for about 3 minutes. Remove the chicken and set aside.
- Strain the broth and remove all the ingredients (onions, cinnamon, pepper, star anise, ginger)
- Return the broth to the heat and add the lemon juice.
- Cook the noodles in boiling water for 15 min, drain and place in the bottom of the bowls where the Pho Ga will be served.
- On top of the pasta, distribute the shredded chicken, coriander leaves and bean sprouts.
- Pour the boiling broth over everything and garnish with the chives.
