- Cornmeal4 tablespoon
- Broccoli to taste
- Cheese to taste
- Salt to taste
- Garlic to taste
- Onion to taste
- Daisy/butter1 tablespoon
- Water400 ml
- First wash and steam the broccoli and set aside. Then in a pan like margarine the onion and garlic and sauté then put the water, then in a glass put the cornmeal, for each spoon of cornmeal two of water mix until dissolved, add in the water with the seasonings.
- To finish, add the broccoli until it reaches the point (softer taste), fry the pepperoni separately, mount the plate with the polenta, cheese and pepperoni.
