- Tomato sauce1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Bay leaves2 unit(s)
- Green Smell to taste
- Water500 ml
- Brown the garlic, onion first, then add the water, cornmeal and salt, stir until it starts to boil and thicken, then lower the heat and let it cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. In another pan, sauté the ground beef with the garlic, onion and bay leaves, place the salt and tomato sauce and finally the green smell.
