- Bacon cut into small cubes300 g
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Water1 l
- Wheat flour3 tablespoon
- shredded mozzarella cheese300 g
- Knor Vegetable Flavor1 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Basil to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Butter1 coffee spoon
- Bring the water to a boil with the knor and set aside.
- Fry the bacon and set aside
- Put the onion to brown with the butter and then add the wheat flour.
- Now put the potato and water and let it cook until the potato falls apart.
- Done that, put the seasonings and milk cream and let it cook another 2 minutes and turn off the fire.
- Put the Bacon and the mozzarella and lock and it's ready for our soup..
