- Bacon and strips200 g
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Wheat flour1/2 cup
- Vegetable broth1.5 l
- Diced Potato3 unit(s)
- Fresh or dried basil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Grated Parmesan to taste
- Fry the bacon until golden brown, remove and set aside.
- In the same pan put the butter, wheat and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the vegetable broth and the raw potato. Put the basil and let it cook until the potato softens well.
- Finish with the cream, turn off the heat, put the bacon and parmesan.
