- Potato1 kg
- Bacon to taste
- Parsley to taste
- In a pan, cook the potatoes cut into medium cubes with water and salt.
- Once cooked, remove from the water and let cool. Reserve.
- In a pan, fry the chopped bacon in cubes, let it fry well. If desired, reserve a quantity to decorate when serving.
- Beat the cold potato in the blender with water, leave the cream very homogeneous, but be careful not to get too liquid.
- Pour the cream into the pan with the bacon, season as desired. Let it cook until it boils and it's ready.
- Sprinkle with parsley and bacon and serve hot!
