- Chopped pepperoni1 unit(s)
- Salt, pepperoni pepper.1 to taste
- Garlic and chopped onion1 to taste
- Olive oil2 teaspoon
- Hot water600 ml
- Chopped Parsley1 tablespoon
- I peeled the chayote and the potato. And I put it to boil with water. For about 5 minutes.
- Then I cut the pepperoni and put oil and let it fry a little. Then I put the garlic and onion and fry some more.
- I drained the potato and the chayote and hit the blender along with the hot water and hit until the broth is very smooth.
- I put it along with the pepperoni stew and let it boil a little.
- I put the salt, pepperoni and chopped parsley. And then just stir and wait for it to thicken well to serve
