Garlic2 unit(s)
Half chopped onion to taste
Pepper1 unit(s)
Chopped tomato1 unit(s)
Shredded chicken1 cup
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
paprika1 teaspoon
Coriander to taste
Parsley to taste

Cook the potatoes until they are very soft, then put them in a blender along with the water from their cooking.
In a pan, sauté the oil and garlic until golden, then put the onion, peppers and parsley and let it sauté until wilted.
add the tomato and the chicken, mixing with the salt and pepper.
Finally, put the potatoes and let it boil for 5 minutes and finish with the cilantro.
