- Chicken breast cut into cubes1 unit(s)
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic Cloves4 unit(s)
- Chicken kinnor broth1 unit(s)
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Large Potato2 unit(s)
- Chopped cabbage stalk / unit: 1 bunch1 unit(s)
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- In the pan in which you will make the broth, fry the chicken in a drizzle of oil until lightly golden. Reserve the chicken on a plate.
- In the pan that removed the chicken, fry the onion, garlic and kinnor broth.
- Add the tomato and let it melt.
- Add the potato, cabbage stalk and water until covered. Let it cook until the potato is soft.
- Beat everything in the pan itself with the help of a mixer or use the blender.
- Add the chicken, correct the salt and add the chives.
- Let it boil until the desired consistency.
- On the plate, on top of the broth, grate cheese and a drizzle of olive oil.
