- Bacon200 g
- Butter (unsalted)3 tablespoon
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Wheat flour1/2 cup
- Cube (bacon or meat)1 unit(s)
- Potatoes3 unit(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Grated Parmesan1 to taste
- Dilute the cube of your choice with 1.5 of hot water and set aside. Boil the potatoes and set aside.
- Brown the bacon and reserve the cubes. In the bacon fat itself add the onion and fry until browned, add the wheat flour and stir.
- Add the water (diluted with the broth of your choice) the potatoes and adjust the salt, add the black pepper (optional) and let it boil for 3 minutes, until it becomes clear.
- Turn off the heat, add the cream, stir well and serve. Bacon can be placed in the middle or just at the time of serving (on top). Enjoy your food!
