- Teaspoon Mixed Seasoning1 dessert spoon
- Bacon200 g
- Green Smell to taste
- Sugar Spoon1 tablespoon

- in a pan let's put a drizzle of olive oil put the garlic let it brown put half a chopped onion put the chopped pumpkin sauté, add the salt and black pepper with 1 liter and a half of water let it cook until soft
- in a skillet fry the bacon and set aside
- in another pan we will make the stuffing for the dried meat
- add the bacon fat with crushed garlic, let it brown, add the dried meat and fry
- in a blender, beat the pumpkin with the broth, pour it over the dried meat and let it boil for 5 minutes, add the sugar, the chopped half onion, let it cook for another 5 minutes, add the green smell and turn off the heat.
- serve the broth with the bacon crackling on top. it looks very good
