- Gorgonzola cheese1 to taste

- Peel the pumpkin and cut it into cubes, put it in a pan and cover them with water, bring to a boil and add a little salt. When they are soft, put them in the blender along with the cooking water and beat until a thick cream is formed. Reserve.
- Cut the onion and fry, when they are golden add the pumpkin cream. Shake well. To make your cream even more creamy, you can add some cheese (it can be your preference, I used gorgonzola). Adjust the salt and you're done!
- To finish, you can sprinkle shredded bacon (just fry and hit the blender), mozzarella cheese, green seasoning and whatever else you like. I also added crispy onion on top.
