- Medium cabotia squash1 unit(s)

- Medium onion1 unit(s)
- Ginger to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Fried Bacon to taste
- Peel the pumpkin and cut into medium cubes
- In a pan add a thread of oil and add the finely chopped garlic cloves and sauté well
- Add the onion to sauté along with the garlic and then add the pumpkin cut into cubes and sauté
- Season with salt and pepper add grated ginger, the amount is up to you
- Sauté everything very well and add the water until the pumpkin is covered and let it cook for 20 minutes or until the pumpkin is soft.
- Transfer the pumpkin to a blender and blend very well if necessary add water to help blend
- Return to the pan and let it cook some more.
- Silva with pieces of fried bacon, it looks wonderful
