- Start by sautéing the onion. Then put 2 cubes of chicken broth already dissolved in the hot water stir well. Add 1 kilo of pumpkin and 1 liter of water stir again. Cover and boil for 15 to 20 minutes. With the help of a mix or blender, break up all the pumpkins until the consistency of soup is very uniform. Then add 1 box of cream and stir and let it boil for 5 minutes.
