- Beetroot1 pint
- Quinoa Flakes1 tablespoon
- Pumpkin seeds1 tablespoon
- Seasonings (tomato, onion, pepper, garlic, chef's seasoning)1 to taste
- Kale butter (leaf)1 unit(s)
- Boiled Egg1 unit(s)
- Cook the squash with the skin, the beetroot and the various seasonings. After softening, hit the blender until it becomes a thick cream.
- Serve with pumpkin seeds, chopped kale and quinoa flakes. 🎃 If you want a protein just add one of your preference like ground beef, shredded chicken or shrimp. Here I used a boiled egg.
