- Bacon300 g
- Cabbage leaves4 unit(s)
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Salt1 to taste
- Nutmeg1 to taste
- Olive oil1 to taste
- Peel the potatoes, place in the pressure cooker, add salt and cover with water.
- Cook for approx 15 minutes.
- Brown the bacon, set aside.
- Beat the potatoes, 2 cabbage leaves with a little of the broth in the blender.
- Finely chop the remaining two kale leaves.
- Add the beaten broth to the same pan that you fried the bacon.
- Add the black pepper, salt, nutmeg, chopped cabbage and the fried bacon.
- Serve immediately with a drizzle of olive oil.
