- Hot water600 ml
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Black pepper and chopped parsley1 to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Colorau1 teaspoon
- I started by peeling the potatoes and carrots by cutting them into small cubes.
- In a pan put the oil the grated onion and the chopped garlic. I let it fry well then I put the carrot and potato.
- And I let it sauté, put the salt, pepper and water.
- Let it cook on low heat. Until the potato and carrot are soft.
- After about 15 minutes I added the parsley and served.
