- Pork or chicken sausage, Coalho cheese, provolone or parmesan. to taste
- About the last item of the ingredients, which would be a protein, just add it if you want, there's no need. If you choose to use it, remember that it will make a difference in the taste.
- I recommend washing the lentils.
- Chop all the ingredients and saute in olive oil and add the lentils with all the seasonings, except the green seasoning.
- After braising well, add 1 liter and a half of water, correct the salt and cover the pressure cooker over high heat 🔥 .
- As soon as the pressure picks up, put it on a very low heat and count 15 minutes.
- Turn off the fire, remove the pressure and mix.
