- Shrimp without shell and clean300 g
- Squid Rings300 g
- Mussel200 g
- Whiting, dogfish or diced tilapia700 g
- Large diced onion1 unit(s)
- Diced Tomatoes2 unit(s)
- Garlic Cloves5 unit(s)
- Potatoes in medium cubes3 unit(s)
- Carrots in small cubes2 unit(s)
- Cabbage1/2 unit(s)
- Pumpkin100 g
- Salt to taste
- Saffron1 coffee spoon
- Green Smell to taste
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Bring the pumpkin and cabbage to a boil in salted water.
- In a pan, fry the onion in oil, add the garlic, let it brown and add the tomato.
- Add the potato, carrot and saffron, cover with water and cook until al dente.
- Add the fish, mussels and squid. Beat the pumpkin and cabbage in a blender, pour this mixture into the seafood pan.
- When the fish is cooked, add the shrimp and the green smell. Let it cook for 5 minutes, adjust the salt and it's ready.
