- Onion and garlic to taste
- Put the potatoes to cook, already peeled, for 20 minutes
- After they are very soft, put it in the blender with a little of the cooking water itself and beat, it will turn into a broth, set aside
- In a frying pan, fry the pepperoni cut into cubes, until well fried. Then add garlic and onion and saute
- Add the pepperoni to the broth, in a pan, and right after the cabbage cut into small, take it to a boil.
- And it's ready. Serve with bread and Parmesan cheese.
