- Zucchini1/2 unit(s)
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Carrot1/2 unit(s)
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic1 unit(s)
- Cooked and Shredded Chicken200 g
- Seasonings (paprika, chimi churry, Edu Guedes, Smoke, cumin, oregano and etc) to taste
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- In a small pan, put the water, the pasta, a pinch of salt, turn on the fire and let it cook.
- Next to it, take a frying pan, add a little oil, chopped zucchini, garlic and some seasonings, give it a light mix, cook for a minute and put it in the pan next to where the pasta is cooking...
- In the same frying pan, put the finely chopped carrots, finely chopped onion, with seasonings, mix, cook for a minute and place in the pan next to where the pasta is cooking...
- In the same skillet place the tomatoes with seasonings, mix a little, leave for a min. And put it in the pan next to which the pasta is cooking...
- Add the cooked, shredded and seasoned chicken to taste.
- Hit the salt in the pan that had just the noodles cooking and now it's your soup for one! Let it boil, and just serve yourself!
