- In the pressure cooker, I fried bacon with sausage pepperoni, in the bacon fat, added the already seasoned minced meat, let it fry well.
- Then I put seasonings, water and let it get pressure for 10 minutes.
- I cut the chayote, potato, carrot and cabbage into cubes, after 10 minutes, add the salt, more water, the vegetables and the shell noodles.
- I left it in the pressure for 7 minutes and to finish I sprinkled green smell on top.
