- Cut the cassava into small pieces, cook for 5 minutes, after cooking, let it cool
- Place the cassava in a blender, blend for 3 minutes.
- In a pan over medium heat, put the oil and let it heat up, add the onion and garlic, let it sauté for 2 minutes, add the food coloring
- The already golden onion, add to the mixture that was beaten in the blender, and stir in 2 in 2 minutes so it doesn't stick
- Keep stirring until it boils, leave it undisturbed for a while
- Cook the eggs, then break them and put them in the pan. Along with the broth, stir, add the salt, let it cook for another 5 minutes, be ready and just serve.
