- Spinach, washed and chopped400 g
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Grated cheese (parmesan or half cured50 g
- Milk400 ml
- Wheat flour1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Chopped Onion1 tablespoon
- Garlic1 tablespoon
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Fry the onion and garlic in butter, add the spinach and let it wilt a little.
- Add the flour and let it brown.
- Add the milk and continue to stir over low heat until it thickens.
- Add the cream, and the grated cheese, mix and turn off the heat.
- Serve with toast
