- Garlic1 tablespoon
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Italian bread1 unit(s)
- Mozzarella cheese100 g
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Sour cream1 tablespoon
- Cut the tomatoes and bake in the oven seasoned with salt and black pepper, olive oil and garlic.
- After roasting the tomatoes, blend them in a blender and add a little water if you consider it necessary.
- Cut the bread into slices and spread butter on 2 slices, fill with mozzarella and toast
- Finish the soup with cream and serve.
