- Boiled Cassava1/2 kg
- Tuscan sausage300 g
- Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Spoon of oil1 tablespoon
- Chopped Onion1/2 cup
- Salt to taste1/2 to taste
- Onion1/2 cup
- Coriander1 to taste
- Water500 ml
- Oil1 tablespoon
- In a pan put the oil.
- Fry the sausage until golden.
- Add the garlic and onion, stir until everything is mixed and add the tapped cassava in the blender.
- Add salt to taste.
- Mix everything and let it cook for a while.
- Add the cilantro and parsley and turn off the heat.
