- Vegetable Cremogema2 tablespoon
- Milk200 ml
- Mandioquinha (cut into cubes)1 unit(s)
- Tomato (without skin and seed)1 unit(s)
- In a pan, dissolve 2 tablespoons of Cremogema Vegetais in 200 ml of milk. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until boiling.
- Cook for another 1 minute, remove from heat and wait to cool. Put the manioc to cook with water. Approximately 6 minutes, or until soft. Reserve half a cup (tea) of the cooking water and drain the rest.
- In the blender, beat the mandioquinha and the tomato and add the water little by little until you form a homogeneous cream. Combine the mixture with the Cremogema Vegetais cream and it's ready to serve!
- TIP!!!!!!
- Here, the suggestion is to add mandioquinha and tomato, but you can substitute the vegetables you prefer.
