- In a pressure cooker, brown the garlic and onion. Put the meat, let it brown and cook in water with the vegetable broth and salt for 30 minutes, or until the meat is very tender. Cook for another 10 to 15 minutes on pressure, finally add the pasta and let it cook without the lid for another 10 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked.
