- Madioquinha cut into cubes02 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion01 unit(s)
- Crushed garlic cloves4 unit(s)
- Hail Mary pasta200 g
- Tomato sauce3 tablespoon
- Salt0 to taste
- Beef broth1/2 unit(s)
- Black pepper0 to taste
- Baiano Seasoning0 to taste
- Chimichurri0 to taste
- Parsley0 to taste
- Chives0 to taste
- Olive oil01 tablespoon
- Water500 ml
- In a pressure cooker, add a drizzle of oil, and sauté the ground beef until golden and fluffy.
- Add the onion and garlic, stir well, add the chopped vegetables, then the water.
- Add the seasonings, salt, black pepper, beef broth tablet, Bahia seasoning, and chiimichurri.
- Leave on pressure for at least 6 min, turn off the heat and let the pressure release by itself.
- Turn the heat back on and add the pasta, cook with the lid ajar for another 7 min, and finish with the parsley and chives.
