- Baked Beans250 g
- Cooked rice350 g
- Mushrooms150 g
- Tofu150 g
- Coriander1 to taste
- Oregano1 g
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic1 to taste
- Salt1 to taste
- Olive oil1 to taste
- Let the beans soak: cook under pressure (when you get pressure for 5 minutes, remove). Run and book.
- Prepare the rice: put it in a pan in a trickle of oil, add the rice, salt and stir. Put water two fingers above the rice. Cover and let dry.
- Prepare the tofu: cut into cubes. In a skillet with olive oil, place the tofu and let it brown, turning the side. Reserve.
- Prepare the bayo: put the chopped onion and garlic in the pan, cut and put the mushrooms, add salt. Let it brown. Now add the oregano and beans, stir and add the rice. Add coriander and stir
- Add the tofu and mix carefully. Finish with more olive oil.
- Assemble the dish that made you hungry soon!!!!
