- Medium and very ripe banana4 unit(s)
- Oat flour1 cup
- Oat flakes1 cup
- Vegetable oil (I used coconut)2 tablespoon
- plant milk1/2 cup
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Stuffing1 cup
- Mash the bananas well with a fork, add the oil and milk and mix well until incorporated. Add the flours and mix well again until incorporated. Add the yeast and the fillings and mix well. Place the dough in a loaf pan greased with oil and flour or in a silicone form. Preheat the oven to 200° for 5 minutes and place the cake to bake at the same temperature for approximately 40 minutes (do the toothpick test).
