water1/3 cup
salt1/2 coffee spoon
cinnamon powder to taste
Clove powder to taste
chemical yeast1 tablespoon
apple cider vinegar15 ml
sodium bicarbonate1 teaspoon

preheat the oven to 180 degrees
in a bowl, add the mashed bananas and all the ingredients (except the yeast and vinegar)
mix well until a homogeneous mass is formed.
add vinegar and yeast and mix gently
Pour the dough in a greased shape and take it to the oven for approximately 40 minutes.
wait for it to cool and unmold
